How long will my order take to arriveOur usual turnaround from order to delivery is 3-4 weeks, occasionally sooner. Please let us know if your order is urgent and we will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible.

Are the feeders sturdy?The feeders are extremely strong and robust. The plastic used wont go brittle or shatter and it's UV resistant. They are designed to bend and flex under pressure (for the safety of the horse) but wont break.

My horse is playful, what if they move the feeder?Our feeders have hollow legs which can be filled with sand if you want them to have extra weight. Alternatively you can put your bale on to a pallet and fix the feeder to the pallet. You can also fix the feeder to the ground with large tent pegs.

What are the feeders made fromOur feeders are made from MDPE pipe, which is extremely strong, resistant to corrosion, chemicals, and UV rays. It is also flexible, durable, and can withstand high pressure and temperature variations. The density of MDPE is between 0.926–0.940 g/cm3, and it doesn't shatter like some other plastics. 3 and 4 ring feeders are made from: Rings - 50mm pipe Legs - 63mm pipe Compact feeders are made from: Rings - 32mm pipe Legs - 50mm For the skirts we use 6mm agriculture stokbord which is rot proof, chew resistant, resistant to chemicals and is non toxic.

Can I fix the feeder to the ground?Yes, you can use large tent pegs.

Where are the feeders made?The feeders are handmade. Made to order from our site in Dorset, UK

Will the feeder blow away in the wind?Even though the feeder is much lighter than a traditional metal feeder, it's still heavy enough to stay put, even in the strongest winds.

Do you deliver?Yes, we deliver within England, Scotland and Wales.

Can I move the feeder on my own?Yes, the feeders are light enough for one person to move on their own.

Can I have a feeder with a higher skirt?Yes, we can make the skirt to whatever height you require.
